Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Prices calculated automatically by the website in case of purchased products directly online, are only applicable for products less than 25kg and shipping to Spain (within mainland). For all other products and shipments to other destinations see specific prices via email or phone.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment (in case of being in stock) and sent via post or courier concert. If you prefer delivery by another method with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.

Shipping charges include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group together in the same order the items requested. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, so shipping charges will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. 

For all other products of greater weight or bulk as carriages, some block accessories, boxes, etc ... transport is not included, but we have arranged special rates to make him come home. We can also take him to platform until 300kms away from our facilities, arranging a minimum amount for it. You can also come to pick it up yourself. See special conditions via email or phone.
